Portland Path Blazers guard C.J. McCollum left Saturday’s street sport with the San Antonio Spurs after struggling an obvious left leg damage within the third quarter.
No prognosis was instantly accessible. McCollum, who needed to be helped off the courtroom, is slated for an MRI on Sunday for what’s feared to be a knee damage, ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski reported.

McCollum was injured after touchdown awkwardly on a drive to the basket. Spurs reserve Jakob Poeltl appeared to land on McCollum’s foot to compound the damage.
