Georgia Tech defensive lineman Brandon Adams died in Atlanta on Saturday, the varsity introduced.
The college did not disclose the reason for Adams’ demise. He was 21.

Adams was a rising senior after taking part in in 33 video games over three seasons from 2016 to ’18. He had 41 profession tackles, 6½ tackles for loss and two compelled fumbles throughout his profession. Final season, he set career-high season totals with 24 tackles, 5 tackles for loss and two compelled fumbles in 13 video games.
Adams, from Brentwood, Tennessee, is survived by his mom, Lisa Greer, his stepfather, Reginald Woods, and his sister, Rian.

Adams was a three-sport star at Brentwood Academy and was captain of Brentwood Academy’s soccer and observe and subject groups that each received state championships throughout his senior yr in 2015-16. He earned 11 highschool letters (4 in soccer, 4 in observe and subject and three in wrestling) and helped lead 4 Brentwood Academy groups to state titles (soccer in 2015; observe and subject in 2013, 2015 and 2016).
Adams was majoring in enterprise administration and was an intern final summer time on the Georgia Tech Analysis Institute.
