Former TE Winslow in jail, accused of lewd acts

Former NFL tight finish Kellen Winslow II has been jailed with out bail after he allegedly carried out lewd actions in entrance of a 77-year-old girl at a California gymnasium.

Deputy District Legal professional Dan Owens instructed The San Diego Union-Tribune that Winslow is accused of a pair of lewd actions towards the identical girl at a Carlsbad gymnasium in February. Winslow allegedly touched himself in entrance of the girl and touched the girl on her arm and foot in a scorching tub in separate incidents 9 days aside.

Winslow, 35, is dealing with misdemeanor expenses of lewd conduct (two counts), battery of an elder (one depend) and willful cruelty to an elder (one depend).

Winslow has pleaded not responsible to the 2018 expenses, and trial is scheduled for April. If convicted, Winslow may face a most sentence of life in jail.

Winslow spent 10 seasons within the NFL from 2004 to 2013 with Cleveland, Tampa Bay, New England and the New York Jets.
